Noctilucents Update

DSC00723.jpg

Two Noctilucents updates for you!

Firstly, for those of us in the northern hemisphere it’s the start of this year’s Noctilucent Clouds season. These are very high clouds, high enough to be at the edge of space so they reflect the light of a sun below the horizon. The photo above is from when I first saw them while sailing a yacht down the east coast of Greenland.

I wrote a guest article about them for the Natural Navigator, Tristan Gooley which you can read here.

The other update is about Book 2 of Noctilucents, namely Selenium. I’ve finished my re-write and it’s been sent to the great team at Rowanvale Books for their copy edit process. After that there’s a host of other steps before publication, including the exciting cover design process, but it’s a big step forward, which feels great.
